Who we are
We specialise in the fabrication and installation of steel and pipe structures, and in repair and maintenance works across construction, mechanical, scaffolding, painting and electrical trades.
Our management and operations teams are highly experienced, working with a skilled and committed workforce. We exist to keep our clients' downtime short and their operational efficiency high — which is why our teams are operationally ready 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Services
What we do
Across process plant, construction and marine, one contractor covering the trades a scope normally has to be split between.
Pipe fabrication & installation
Spool fabrication, cutting, fit-up, welding and installation — carbon steel, stainless, alloy and rubber-lined pipework.
Structural fabrication & installation
Fabrication, supply and installation of steel structures, platforms, supports and access steelwork.
Repair, renewal & testing of machinery
Overhaul, replacement and testing of plant and machinery, returning equipment to service with the records to prove it.
Mechanical works
Equipment installation, alignment and maintenance, including pumps, valves and rotating equipment.
Electrical & instrumentation
Electrical installation and maintenance, instrumentation, control panels, cable pulling, termination and loop checking.
Scaffolding works
Erection, alteration and dismantling of access scaffolding for fabrication, maintenance and shutdown work.
Cleaning & painting
Surface preparation, blasting, protective coating and painting to specification, in the workshop or on site.
Excavation works
Excavation and associated groundworks in support of process plant and construction projects.
Marine & offshore repair
Steel renewal, pipework and structural repair to ships, tankers and offshore structures — afloat, alongside or in dock.
Manpower supply
Skilled and certified trades — welders, fitters, electricians, scaffolders and supervisors — supplied to yards and main contractors.
Project management
Planning, scheduling, permits, subcontractor coordination and progress reporting through to handover and close-out.
Maintenance contracts
Planned and breakdown maintenance under term contract, with crews on call around the clock to minimise downtime.

From enquiry to handover

Send the scope, drawings or a photo of the defect. We reply within one working day.

We attend the vessel or site, take measurements, and issue a fixed-scope quotation.

Execution
Crew mobilised with permits, risk assessment and toolbox briefing before work starts.

Workshop & equipment
Fabrication is carried out in our own workshop, which lets us control fit-up quality and schedule before anything reaches the plant or site.

Safety is the schedule
Safety policy
We work toward zero accidents. Every job starts with a risk assessment, a permit where one is required, and a toolbox briefing the crew has signed. Work stops when conditions change — no delivery date justifies an unsafe lift, entry or hot work.
Quality policy
We work toward zero downtime. Work is done to the drawing and the specification, checked before it is covered up, and handed over with the records to prove it — inspection sign-off, test results and photographs.
